How does Self-Exclusion work?
Basa29's Self-Exclusion feature is entirely user-controlled. You decide how long you want to take a break.
Go to Account Settings
After logging in, go to "Account Settings" > "Responsible Gaming".
Choose your exclusion period
Choose what suits you — 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 6 months, or permanent exclusion.
Confirm
Confirm with your OTP or password. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately.
Break duration
During this period, login, betting, and deposits will be completely disabled. Promotional emails will also be turned off.
Reversal (where applicable)
After the exclusion period ends, you can reactivate your account by contacting Support — except in the case of permanent exclusion.
Any balance in your account during a self-exclusion period remains completely safe and can be withdrawn once the period ends.
Minor Protection
